Cancellation fees:
If you wish to cancel a booking you must notify us in writing by either e-mail or regular mail. If you cancel more than 7 days before the start date of your holiday, you will forfeit an administration charge of £10 per night booked and the balance will be refunded. No refunds will be issued where a cancellation is made within 7 days of the start date of the holiday.

Arrivals and Departures:

Please inform via email to reservations@treadlightlyglamping.co.uk of your intended check in time.
All guests will be met at the site and shown to their units. 

Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is until 10:30. 

If you require an early check in or late check out this may be requested to the same email. We will make every effort to accommodate but cannot guarantee this will be possible.

Due Care & Responsibility:
The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of the party. We reserve the right to decline and/or terminate the booking of any customers whose behaviour may be or come to be a nuisance, danger or annoyance to others. In such instances no refunds will be offered. Tread Lightly Glamping is a relaxed site and we aim to keep it that way for the enjoyment of all.

Because our sites are in a rural environment Tread Lightly Glamping does not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by the weather, plants trees, insects, animals or wildlife.

Tread Lightly Glamping accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage of guest’s personal items. Guests are advised to check their home and contents insurance is current and covers them for any high value items away from home.

Booking Confirmation:
Bookings made will only be secure and confirmed on full payment. Payment is required in full at time of booking and a minimum booking of 2 nights is required.

Changes and Cancellations:
We will endeavour to accommodate any changes that you wish to make to your booking once reserved. However, should circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel your holiday then we will either offer you a full refund of any monies paid or make alternative arrangement for another time.

Use of the Accommodation:
Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the site. Over occupancy will result in additional charges and/or termination of the booking. No refunds will be offered.

General:

Tread Lightly Glamping retains the right to refuse admission if deemed necessary even when a prior booking has been made.

We do not allow bookings of large adult only groups

Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum by 10pm and absolute quiet by 10:30pm

Dogs must be on leads and supervised at all times, Tread Lightly Glamping provides moveable tie down stakes for this purpose
